Todd was previously the Vice President for Florida Funders. There he managed the investment decisions for the Institute for Commercialization of Florida Technology for both existing portfolio companies and new investments, evaluated applicants, including due diligence and negotiation of investment terms for three other funds totaling more than $100M. He also served as board observer for all Institute investments (70+ active investments) and an active board member for several other companies. 

Previously he was the Fund Manager for the Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research and the Florida Technology Seed Capital Fund for the University of Florida where he collaborated with seed and early-stage innovation technology businesses that had licensed technologies from Florida universities. 

Todd has an M.B.A. from University of Florida and is currently working on completing his Ph.D.
